Peanut Cocoa Latte Overnight Oats
½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 to 2 tablespoons Nature's Earthly Choice™ Peanut Powder With Cocoa
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons organic cane sugar or honey
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup strong coffee, cold
- Combine the oats, chia seeds, and peanut powder. Mix in the vanilla extract and sweetener of choice.
- Transfer to a jar. Add milk and coffee, and mix well.
- Tightly cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. For a silkier consistency, add more milk. Top with chocolate chips or more peanut powder.
