Banana Smoothie
Title

Serves Two

Ingredients:
1 Cup spinach
1 Cup coconut water
2 Tbsp. Superfood Blend
1 banana sliced
½ Cup ice

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Hot Cereal

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Nature's Earthly Choice Superfood Blend
1 Cup water or milk
A pinch of salt

Directions:

  • For each serving: Combine 1/3 Cup Nature's Earthly Choice Superfood Blend with 1 cup water or milk and a pinch of salt in a bowl at least twice the size of the ingredients. Microwave on high for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes or until cereal begins to thicken (it will thicken over time as well). Alternatively, simmer in boiling water on stovetop for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes.

Mango Smoothie
Title

Serves Two

Ingredients:
1 Cup kale
1 Cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp. Superfood Blend
1 ½ Cups mango
½ Cup ice

1 ½ Cups strawberries

Vanilla Superfood Smoothie
Title

Serves Two

Ingredients:
2 Cups almond milk
½ Cup apples sliced
½ Cup orange slices
½ banana
1 Cup spinach
2 Tbsp. Superfood Blend
½ Cup ice

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Yogurt

Directions:

  • Add 2 Tbsp. to your favorite yogurt for an added boost of nutrients and flavor!
Baked Berry Oatmeal
Baked Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients:
2 ¾ cups fresh or frozen berries
¾ cup Nature’s Earthly Choice Superfood Blend
2 cups old-fashioned oats
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
2 eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter or olive oil
1 ½ cups milk of choice
2 tablespoons organic cane or brown sugar
Butter or oil for greasing

Directions:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish and spread 2 cups of berries along the dish, creating an even layer.
  • In a large bowl, combine the superfood blend, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and sea salt. Add to the baking dish, completely covering the berries.
  • In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, half the butter, and milk. Mix well and pour evenly onto the oats, making sure everything is completely submerged.
  • Garnish with the remaining berries, drizzle the remaining butter, and sprinkle on the sugar. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is lightly golden. Serve warm or chilled with yogurt.

Vegan Matcha Ice Cream
Vegan Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons Nature’s Earthly Choice Superfood Blend
1 tablespoon matcha powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar
2 tablespoons milk of choice

Directions:

  • In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine all the ingredients. Give it a taste and adjust the ingredients as necessary.
  • Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 5 hours or until set. Serve with berries or coconut flakes.
