"I have been eating your Chia Goodness breakfast cereal for about half a year now. I look forward to my bowl with a sliced banana and almond milk every morning. Some times I pour hot water on it and mix in fresh or frozen berries, real comfort food. I especially like the Apple Cinnamon with the mix of apple, almonds, raisins and cinnamon.
From a performance point of view, it is part of my disciplined approach to training. I am experiencing fewer injuries, much more sustainable energy on both tempos and long runs and my recovery time seems faster. So far this year I have run 8k, 16k, 30k races, one marathon and an ultra 50k. I am planning two more marathons, a 30 and 10k before the year ends. My times are constantly improving. I believe the Chia is a big part of my continuing enjoyment of running. I turn 60 next month but feel younger than ever.
I don't run everyday but I do have Chia Goodness every morning."
