We start with hearty Farro wheat berries, add nutritious vegetables like tomatoes and spinach and top it off with the Mediterranean flavors of garbanzo beans and delicious spices. With plant-based protein, 10 grams of fiber and a good source of calcium and potassium, you’ll be yelling “opa” after each bite!
